UC Davis places 1st overall in 2015 ASCE Mid-Pac Student Conference

The UC Davis branch of ASCE hosted the 2015 ASCE Mid-Pacific Student Conference on April 2-4, 2015. The competition was stiff, but UC Davis placed first in the overall conference!  UC Davis students also excelled in the individual design competitions; claiming 6th place in Geowall, 5th place in Concrete Canoe,  3rd place in the Transportation Project, 2nd place in Steel Bridge, and 1st place in the Construction Project. The 2nd place spot that UC Davis earned in the Steel Bridge competition qualifies the team for the national competition!

Also, we can’t forget our victory in the mini games, winning 1st in Concrete Bowling. Way to go, Aggies!
