Graduate students are responsible for completing required forms throughout their degree program to track academic progress, establish degree requirements, and prepare for graduation.
Program of Study
Your Program of Study (PoS) outlines the coursework required for your degree, including completed courses, current enrollment, and planned coursework. Ph.D. students should also include applicable coursework from previous graduate degrees.

Students who were enrolled in the program prior to June 2025 may be eligible to elect to follow the old degree requirements or the new degree requirements, and should review the Legacy Degree Requirements Policy.
