CEE Graduate Student Earns Finalist Position in UCD Grad Slam Competition

For the second year in a row, a CEE graduate student is a finalist in UC Davis’ “Grad Slam” competition. Hanjiro Ambrose, a Ph.D. student in CEE’s transportation division qualified for the final round along with nine other graduate students from various departments.

The purpose of the competition is for graduate students to sum up their research in an interesting format and present it to a general audience.

The final round will take place at the ARC on April 5, 2018, where the students will compete for a top prize of $1,000.
