Prof. Mike Kleeman's Research Featured in College of Ag. and Enviro. Science News

Prof. Mike Kleeman is one of the authors of recent research, published in the journal Science of the Total Environment, that demonstrates how switching to renewable energy like solar, wind, and water power will also reduce racial and ethnic disparities in exposure to air pollution. Kleeman emphasizes how public health should be a factor in discussions about the climate crisis and moving to energy sources with low carbon emissions. Other affiliated researchers with Civil and Environmental Engineering include Anikender Kumar and Yin Li. Congrats, all!
